♫ Ran into Coach K at dinner tonight in the tall green tower off of 15-501. Exchanged nods and greetings. (That is, after a moment of complete silence where I just stared at him until he -- with an amused look -- nodded and said, "Ladies and gents.") I wanted to say, "National champs this year, Coach." But all I managed to say was, "Coach K" in a whisper and nod back. Was so excited as I walked away that I clumsily dropped my phone in front of a group of surgery residents. So much for "surgeon hands".... And shaking Coach K's totally slipped my mind too!
